We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we can discuss some different options.
Returns & Exchanges:
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there are any problems with your order. For help with an order, please contact support@airlandseaphotos.com. Please note that each print is custom-made when ordering. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. Please ensure that before placing an order, you contact us to see if we can help you make any decisions.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us within 3 hours. After this, once an order is sent off for printing, we will be unable to accept refunds or cancellations. All sales are final; these prints are custom-made to order just for you.

Damaged or Defective Items:
Reporting: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and send photo verification immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. Once the pictures have been verified, we can issue a replacement. Please attach as many photos as possible of the box or boxes that your items arrived in even if there are no visible signs of damage.

Reminders:
Please double-check all your information, especially your address, before placing an order. We will not be able to reship or refund any items due to incorrect shipping details.
